To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afriklease and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Afriklease (if any) for the relevant service during the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
